Our booking conditions are designed to provide clarity and protection for both you and Perfect Piste. We understand that booking a luxury ski holiday is a significant investment, and these terms ensure a transparent and secure booking process.

1. Introduction

These Booking Conditions ("Conditions") apply to all bookings made through Perfect Piste, a digital brand of PB AG, a company registered in Mülibach 3, 8852 Altendorf, Switzerland.

By confirming a booking on our website or through our digital services, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these Conditions, which form a binding contract between you ("the Client") and Powder Byrne AG ("the Company", "we", "us", "our").

2. Scope of Services

Perfect Piste provides access to digital ski-travel planning, itinerary design, and certain bookable accommodation-only products. With links through to ski passes, or activities offered through approved suppliers. When you make a booking directly with Perfect Piste, you do so in the knowledge that we act as an agent booking services provided by third-party suppliers.

3. Prices and Currency

All prices are shown in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include applicable Swiss taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are correct at the time of booking but may be subject to change before confirmation.

4. Payment

Full payment (100 %) is required at the time of booking. Payments are processed securely online through our authorised payment partner using BACs payment or a valid credit or debit card. Your booking is confirmed only once full payment has been received and an electronic confirmation issued. No reservation shall exist until that time.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

All bookings are non-refundable, except in the event that Perfect Piste cannot deliver the booked product due to reasons within our control (for example, product unavailability or system error). If we are unable to fulfil your booking, you will be offered either: A suitable alternative service of equal value; or a full refund to your original payment method.

6. Changes to a Booking

If you wish to make a change to a confirmed booking (for example, amend dates, names, or service details), we will do our best to accommodate your request. A change fee of CHF 250 per person per booking will apply for each amendment. Additional costs imposed by suppliers (e.g., hotels and accommodation providers) will be charged in addition. Changes are subject to availability and acceptance by our partners.

7. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided at the time of booking is accurate and complete, including names, travel dates and contact details. You must have valid travel documents, insurance and any required visas or health certificates. We accept no liability for losses resulting from failure to comply with these requirements.

8. Force Majeure and Unforeseen Circumstances

We cannot accept liability or provide compensation for non-performance or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control ("Force Majeure"), including but not limited to; natural disasters, severe weather, war, civil unrest, government restrictions, strikes, epidemics, power outages, or technology failures. In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to assist, rebook, or provide alternative arrangements where possible.

9. Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected booking minus any non-refundable platform fee elements.

We are not liable for, indirect, consequential, or incidental losses; Errors or omissions in information provided by third-party suppliers; or failures or inaccuracies in AI-generated content or travel suggestions provided through the Perfect Piste platform.

Nothing in these Conditions excludes or limits liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or mandatory rights under Swiss law.

10. Data Protection and AI Ethics

Personal data collected during the booking process will be handled in accordance with ours Privacy Policy, AI Responsibility & Cookie Statement. We process your information in compliance with the Swiss Federal Data Protection Act (FADP) and the EU GDPR. Perfect Piste endeavours to use artificial intelligence responsibly and transparently. All bookings are reviewed and confirmed by a human before completion.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Conditions and any disputes arising from them are governed exclusively by the laws of Switzerland. The courts of Schwyz, Switzerland shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

By completing a booking with Perfect Piste, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Booking Conditions in full.
